Follower growth calculator
Use dated snapshots or an explicit daily assumption to model a milestone. See observed history separately from the projected scenario.
See the number and its context.
Run the calculation to see the sample, formula and warnings. Missing observations remain unknown.
Start with observed change
Illustrative snapshots: 1,000 followers on September 1 and 1,120 on September 13 give 120 net followers over 12 calendar days, or 10 per day. A 1,500 target is 38 days after the latest snapshot under that unchanged linear assumption.
Calendar dates include leap days. This is not elapsed clock time; daylight saving changes do not add or subtract a calendar day.
Choose the assumption you mean
Linear growth adds the same net count each day. Compound growth multiplies by the same daily rate, entered as a percentage. A flat or negative rate cannot reach a higher target under that assumption. A target already below the current count is achieved.
Run a slower and a faster scenario chosen by you. They are alternatives, not a statistical confidence interval. This tool models aggregate count changes; it cannot identify who followed or unfollowed.
